For everyone's benefit, please review these simple rules before you register.

Due to our committment to the quality of our programs, no exceptions will be made to these policies and procedures. Please do not ask.

Pre-Registration Procedures

  • Current students can pre-register for Kid Art Summer Camp 2010 between 8:00 am - Tuesday April 13th until Friday April 16 at 6:00pm.
  • Current students may pre-register for 1 summer camp if space is available.
  • We will pre-register students until half of the summer camp spaces are filled.
    Half of the spaces in every camp are reserved for campers registering on Registration Day.

Registration Day Procedure

  • Summer Camp 2009 Registration Day is Saturday April 17th - 2:30 to 5:30 PM.
  • Each child can register for 2 summer camps.
  • We pass out sequential numbers at 2:00, and then we begin registering immediately.
  • You must be in line to receive a number.
  • If you are not present when your number is called, we go on to the next number.
    Sorry, NO LINE LISTS will be honored.
  • Only 1 number per family. You may only register for your children or appoint someone to register your children who is not registering their own child.
  • No numbers will be given to children.
  • To make things go faster, please print the Adobe Acrobat PDF Summer Camp Registration document with registration form and fill it out before you arrive. Leave the camp number and time blank.
  • Everyone in line will be registered first!! No phone or mail applications will be accepted until the following Monday morning.
  • We will process mail and telephone registrations beginning on Monday April 20st until classes fill up.

 

  • If you are unable to attend registration, please call us on Monday April 20st to see what slots are still available. You can register by phone on Monday April 20 - not before. Our number is 214.750.7118. We'll be happy to help you register as space allows.

Tuition & Refunds

  • Full tuition payment is due when you register for summer camps.
  • Two Weeks prior notice is required for a refund. A $50 processing fee will be withheld from each session refund.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations without at least 2 weeks notice.

 

  • Please do not sign up for a class if your child will not be able to attend every day. There are no make up days during Summer Camp.

Discipline

Kid Art reserves the right to dismiss a child from the program if his or her behavior and/or attitude are detrimental to the other students.
